I never knew anyone that had bunnies as pets until I met Benny The Bunny. He lives inside and has a little girl that dotes on him and he LOVES it. She will dress him up, carry him around in blankets and put him in a stroller.
The other night we were over there playing dominos and he hung out at the table the whole time with us!
He even was helping calculate scores on the computer!!
Over the Christmas holiday I was a lucky girl to be able to pet sit 2 sweet cats.
Max is a black cat and is funny, frisky and likes to be petted. Roxanne is a brindle color and she was a feral cat before her mom got her. She doesn’t care to be bothered much, therefore I didn’t want to scare her and take a picture. I would just peek in the room and make sure she was ok.
Max was just like a dog in the way he knew it was time to get his treat every evening. He would hear me open the jar and he would come running in the room. If Max had his way he would have had me sit there for days petting him. He also rubbed up against me while I was making his food in the kitchen, it was very sweet.
I enjoyed pet sitting them – very sweet cats, they have the best cat mom – she takes such wonderful care of them, they have landed in cat heaven.
My little nephews go and see Santa every year and I look forward to the pictures every year! You’ll see why below. I cant help but laugh when I see the new picture every year!
2008 in the NICU
My cousin sent me these rocking socks! A lady in Indiana where she lives makes them – she carries all sorts of breeds.
I thought that they were adorable and a perfect pair of socks to wear with my boots. This is my first “bloodhound” item, so now im one of the crazy dog moms but I don’t care – im rocking these socks!
Now that Fred is epileptic its more important than ever to make sure that everything he receives is free of grains. The vets say this does make a difference with an epileptic dog, which is no problem because before he was diagnosed we did a grain free diet.
