My nutritionist says it is not a hot spot, but she referred to it as something else. It is not read and hot, it is just missing fur. I give them Salmon Oil and Coconut Oil every day. She says I should treat it with Witch Hazel. What do you think?

He currently takes medicated baths 1 to 2 times a week (down from every other day), 1/2 benedryl at morning & night, 1/2 catalyst chew (omega-3) at morning & night AND Sporanox (anti-fungal med) at least every other night (down from every day). He just finished a treatment of Prednisone because his paws were so red and he wouldn’t stop licking them :( .

Please take care of your pet and don’t let the skin issue get out of hand! Zed went without treatment for at least 2 months before we adopted him and he was losing all of his fur because a rampid yeast infection throughout his whole (little) body. Hence, he will always have these issues now.
