Target vs. Walmart , Lowes vs. Home Depot , Petco vs. Petsmart
Now that im shopping online for dog food/treats I’ve started to comare online stores.
Mr Chewy vs Petflow
Well we at Hound Girl choose MR CHEWY
I did a review for Mr Chewy the other month and cant be happier with their products and service. When I posted that review I got several emails about other pet owners asking questions why I choose Mr Chewy over Petflow and I was more than happy to share my personal opinion.
1. Mr Chewy has a larger supply of the grain free products that we love.
2. They offer free shipping for orders over $49.00 where petflow only offers free shipping for orders over $59.00
3. I ordered an item that was on back order from both companies and was impressed more with how the Mr Chewy customer service handled the back order issue.
4. The online ordering system with Mr Chewy was very user friendly compared to petlow.
Petfow seems to focus on reaccuring shipments so that you dont have to worry about ordering. So if you are not up for that you need to be careful to uncheck a box through the ordering process to let them know you DONT want reaccuring shipments, to me personally this was a turn off that I have to make sure to do that and I almost missed the box.
**These opnions are my own and this is my personal experience and review after ordering from both companies.

I see that Fred is smelling his Blue Buffalo Wilderness Salmon kibble. I eat a couple tablespoons of that with my Honest Kitchen Zeal. Yummy!

I recently ordered 4 bags of Blue Buffalo for my pack of hounds and while it took a week to get here – it was fine because I ordered plenty of time ahead of running out. The price, ease of use, and customer service mean I will definately be ordering from them again. g

that’s funny, never heard of petflow. I have ordered from them and i wish every company was so fast, organized and convenient. I love all the Zukes they carry.

We like that they carry grain-free items. Momma is VERY careful about the foods she buys for us. Mr. chewy seems to be getting good reviews from our blogging friends…we hold their opinions in high regard, so we will have to check out this vendor. P.S. Fred is an excellent spokesdawg!

We have never tried Mr Chewy!! We will look for some at the store!! See what is in there?? I don’t like to give Zoie many dog teats, I like her to have fruit and vegetables instead. Natural things are always better I think!!!

Interesting review, though I can’t see myself ordering from over here in Australia, lol. I agree about site that expect you to remember to uncheck a box. I think that’s sly marketing.

My person just recently started ordering from Mr. Chewy!! She switched me to a total grain free diet to see if that will help with the seizure monsters! She said she will try that for 6 months, then she may switch me to a raw diet!
Mr. Chewy customer service is great. She is just getting the timing of my recurring order sorted out. Since the grain free is a lot more compact, I am running out of food earlier than she thought I would. (smaller bag size also which she isn’t used to). She switch my shipment date and they were out of the size I wanted. They are sending me equivalent foodables in smaller packages at no extra cost so I “don’t run out of food”.
How great is that!
So far, my person is very happy with them….and I loves the food!
