Still better than a car payment every month…

Today started out great it was a good ole state holiday (Texas Independence Day) so I had the day off and already planned to get my brakes on my car fixed and to spend it with my BFF.
Dropped my car off for my regular oil change, came back home took the dogs on a short walk (20 mins) they where not even warmed up yet but I was dragging. Dropped off my car to get my brakes repaired and headed out for a day of adventure with the BFF – the day was filled with laughter, migas at our favorite Mexican place, loud music in the car, showing your dancing moves off in the car, and a contest at the Chinese market to find the grossest item. Sometimes it’s just the little things that count….
Then I had to pick up my car from the mechanic who is a family friend…
Ahhhh don’t you just love spending hundreds of dollars on a car you don’t like?!!
Yes you read that correct… $782.99
This will teach me to start rolling down the window to listen to check and see if the brakes are squeaking! I also had to have a cracked radiator replaced… yeah me!
